Dynamic Engineering products are designed and manufactured in the USA. Most assembly work is done in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Santa Cruz, CA. Manufacturing is a constantly evolving process. Over the past 20+ years we have developed purchasing, assembly and test capabilities to guarantee reliability in our products. We can help you with your products as well. Whatever the situation, if your company is large and overloaded with work or small without the necessary staff you will be pleased with our workmanship and responsiveness. We are flexible and can take care of the entire assembly/purchasing/test flow or any piece of the process.
Dynamic Engineering Assemblers are surface mount, and through hole qualified. Our assemblers can do the prototyping and developmental cuts & jumpers while providing valuable feedback to help with the finished product. The Dynamic Engineering production team can handle small and large quantity builds with ROHS or standard soldering techniques. We can program a Pick and Place machine to load your board, and use an IR reflow oven to solder the board. Automated washer, temperature chamber, hand assembly, production test and other manufacturing options are available.
If needed our engineering staff can get involved and help with testing, design, and assembly issues.
We can ship the assembled product to you for final test or we can test the units here before shipment to you or your customer.
Our purchasing department can take care of your parts. We will put your parts list on our computer system and help to develop a complete parts list with accurate information.
