PMC-BiSerial-VI-UART features 8 high speed differential UART ports. Each can be configured for RS-485 or LVDS IO. Each port has TX, RX, RTS, CTS signaling. See PMC-BiSerial-VI for more detail.

UARTcable8 converts from the SCSI connector on PMC-BiSerial-VI to 8 DB9 ports with standard signaling definitions for differential UARTs The silk-screen has a reference for the signal definitions on each port.

System level cost is best when reasonably priced reliable hardware is used and NRE minimized. With UARTcable8, standard SCSI and DB9 differential UART cables are used saving time and money manufacturing custom cables.
Ease of Use
UARTcable8 is designed to be easy to use. Available with DIN rails or as an unhoused board suitable to mount. 4x.125 mounting holes provided for direct attachment systems.
Availability
The standard unhoused model is a standard stocked item. Other versions may incur a delay in shipping. Dynamic Engineering features co-located engineering and manufacturing to insure shorter delivery times.
